Naomi Klein is a well-known contributor to the academics of alternative media. She has taken a leading role in the fight of anti-corporate America. Klein is the Author of the book Titled “NO LOGO: taking aim at the brand bullies”. Naomi Klein is a Canadian author who takes up issues both in Canada and the US; she attacks concerns such as branding, popular culture and the irresponsibility of major corporations. The issue of a consumer culture is raised and Klein offers suggestions to fight back. One chapter of her book is specifically devoted to culture jamming, a form of alternative media aimed at fighting against corporate advertising. Since writing her international best seller “NO LOGO” she has written many articles as a newspaper columnist and has also released a film titled “The Take”, which deals with factories in Argentina.
